No. 1897, is Geaster minimus,

Nos. 1893, 1901 and one specimen unnumbered

Polysadcum pisqforme.

No. 1902, Lyooperdon pyriforme.

No. 1899 and three specimens not numbered

are Calvatia oyathiformis. This is a puff ball

that you hAve with a lilac colored spores. It is

probably the largest species that occurs with you.

No. 1898, too immature, I do not recognize

it.

The plant that you sent separately in a

little box is evidently a Lyooperdon, abnormally

split open from some reason, probably hot sun..

I have a number ftam Sweden that are very similar

though I judge a different species. I have not out

your specimen apart yet and do not what is its normal

form.

I thaik you for the specimens and will be

very glad to receive them at any time.

Yours truly,

0. G. Lloyd.
