Mr. Thomas E. Will,

Dear Sir:

We have your letter of April 29th and in reply
will say that we have gone. Jrbugh your lQeers to us
(and our replies to you very thoroughly, but on account
(of your reftzring to the abstracts by your own designation,\
we can not check your orders in this manner. % r

The simpliest way we can straighten this matter out
is for you to take the 3ist that we sent -you in our letter
of February..Lth and check same with your needs. This
list shows the number of the abstract, the description of
the lands involved and whether or not these abstracts are
in the office or have been delivered to you. Outside of this
list, we have no abstracts or orders for you on hand, so we
will ask that you please e., for the abstracts alread-.L.r-
dered and if you want further abstracts, to let us have your
order for them. This list only contains _23 bstracts, and
it seems to us that it would be a very easy matter for you
to check this list over and adviaf-us of any.Ascrepancy ex-
isting between this list and your orders.
%Iqe

We hope we did not make up all these abstracts against
your orders, and if there are any that you cause, we would
certainly like to have you pa for them, and we can adjust the
others at a lat-r date. It seems to the writer that you are
taking a rather arbyira=.. stand in this matter and we will
have to insist that you attend to this matter within the next
few days or we will be compelled to takeateps to collect for
these abstracts through the courts.
