Dr. Thomas E. Will,

Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Dear Mr. Wili

Please write me just what the present status of my transaction with

you is. My records show that same years .go I paid you a certain sun

for land, which I ta4e it was more than you paid for it, or at least

as manh. Can yeo give me a deed, or what is the trouble?

Sincerely,

UNITY BUILDINGS-TENTH AND TRACY
KANSAS CIY MISSOURI
SILENT UNITY DEPARTMENT

May 2, 1924

Dear Friend in Truth:

True prosperity comes through hav-
ing implicit faith in God as the one
source of supply.

God never fails those who seek him
with their whole hearts.

He has placed his Divine spark in
each soul, and from the consciousness
of your oneness with your Divine self,
you can speak words which bring forth
greater prosperity and success.

You have our co-operation in daily
prayer. Unite your faith with ours by
holding the prosperity prayer inclosed.
Be faithful to your silence hours.

After thirty days let us have your
good report.

"The blessing of Jehovah, it mak-
eth rich, and he addeth no sorrow
therewith."

In his service, we are

Faithfully yours,

SILENT UNITY.

REQUESTS FOR PRAYERS SHOULD BE ADDRESSED TO SILENT UNITY DEPARTMENT
rLEASK WRITE YOUR FULL NAME AND ADDRESS NEAR THE TOP OF THE FIRST PAGE OF EVERY LETTER.

Mr. H.J.Chapman
West Palm Beach Fla.

Dear Sir;
Some time ago I wrote you aboutthe land in the Okeelanta
Assootation, and the news was pessimistic.
May I ask what the outlook is by this time.
Will it be possible to have enough funds to stave off loseO
ing title to these lands.
It would seem from what I can learn that things are on the
verge of coming Very fast.
Land adjoiinig mine east of the lake sold for $200.00 re-

cently.
Possibly some of the Association land
taxes due if it came to a show down.
Would be glad for any information.
lose out just when things look so well.

Yours Truly /

.iay 26th, 1924.

Dr. Thomns E. Will,
,ort Laude rale F lori a.

I have your letter of the 23rd. The price
of 17.b0 quoted on the 10,880 acres in 47-35 would not
p.-'miit a loQf commission. It has always been our policy
to sell our property at rock bottom prices, with a6 ',
commiission on wholesale deals. However, as you state
there is another coiaiission man iii with you on this deal,
I can appreciate your position and am willing to take care
of it by arrangeing the price so that we can get our
original net figure. If the Florida ;rst oast 1Railroad
builds down on the AisAmi Caral, as their intention to do
so, immediately, the price I have quoted on the whole tract
o .1 is a most attractive one and. will sell to anybody lho ..ants
that kind of a proposition. If your party wants a smaller
tract than the entire amount in that Township, I can make
a quotation on the two north tiers, six sections, of ,a5.00,
oI half of the oareage at ,'22.50, and pay 10 commission out
.o- of these figures. .e would not be interested in mkinr a
quotation on the East two tiers in this Township as to;is would
tale all of our land on the CIanl ana the projected railroad.
If your party wants the entire 10,880 acres, we will pay
a 10 commission out of -18.o0 per acre.

In ra-.ki,'- these quotations as above it must be
considered that,in view of the fact that there is consider-
able dem-rt at t 'is particular time e we hav e ..:adie similar
quotations on this lsna and other land in the .verglades, our
proposition is subject to che n;e or wit drawal or prior sale
without notice until such ti ;e as a contA'ct is enterlea into
between us for a sale. is you probably kno ,, we are now
closing a deal of over a hundred thousr id acres of our liia
in ]~ L Beach Jounty andt thes- people are negotiating .ith s
for acuitional acreage and we expect to dispose of ouite a lot
of other lanls in the near future. Our prices are -j below
the market else -,re 'ra ., with the practical i,.drawal of

T. L. /. Sheet 72. 1r.,7 26th, 1924.

lailJs owned by the Trustees, excepting at very high
prices, we ez.eot to sell most of our property at
better figures in the very near future.

Very truly yours,
