Dear Mr. Hill:

You may recall that you and I had some correspon-
dence some years ago about oil, and I'm writing
to ask if you are still interested.

Most every wide awake American has either made or
lost more or less money in oil, or intends to in-
vest in it sometime, for we all know that when
we actually "get in right," on the RIGHT KIND of
an oil deal there is no other way on earth that we
can make so much so quickly with so little money.

If you are one who has lost money in oil, I presume
you would like to be sure you know why you lost it,
and would like to know how you can make the money
back; if you have made money in oil, you'd like to
make more, and if you've not invested at all, you'd
like to know what the actual facts are about this
great American industry, and what the opportu-
nities for fortune-making really are.

I have written a small book that will give you just
that information, and will be glad to send you a
copy free if you will fill out and mail me the in-
closed postcard, before my supply is exhausted.

Also, I am organizing a Syndicate, and later on,
when I have my plans fully completed, will be glad
to send you full details. I believe when you get
all the facts, and my banking and other referen-
ces, that you will agree with me that my proposi-
tion is as much superior to the average oil deal
as a diamond is to a piece of coal.

The booklet may possibly save as well as make you
many dollars and you will find it very interest-
ing. At any rate, it only costs you a stamp on
the inclosed card to get it, and of course there
is no obligation or expense of any kind on your
part, so I suggest that you fill out and mail
the card now before you forget it.

CS/BL Yours for success,

UYr' ~ ` I

Professor T.. .' ill.
Fort .auderdale, la.

iDear professorr .'ill:

Several months ago wrote you a rc.if tered letter
in which A enclosed a new note and mortgage for you to
sign and return,to date have received no reply or the
return of the papers signed.

I cannot understand your silence an this matter and
feel that i should have received an acknowledge:ment lorg
before this and a feel hurt to think that you would treat
the widow of an old friend in this manner.i am wondering
now you would feel if someone would fail in their finan-
cial obligations to your wife in the event that you would
pass away.

it would have been an easy matter for you to have
signed those papers when you received them put them in
the ;mail evea tho you did not write.

There has been times when needed all the returns
that my investments could give me and often hoped that
you might send an occasional payment, the war cut my income
for it was a fixed one, high prices, high taxes, the loss in
a number of gas companies which went under during the war
using that as a pretext to defraud the stockholders, and
lastly the closing of ihe Banking Trust Company and the
complete loss of all the stocks and bonds which they
were trustees aid guarantors for.

,.:other and are not extravagant and do all our house-
work and are still living in the old home and have made
no improvements A tell you this merely to impress upon
you that L am not pressing you for the reason that want
money to spend on dress or other purposes of show.Prom
time to time L am called on to pay doctors bills for ser-
vices rendered to my mother who is not as well as she
light be.

is there not some way in which you can arrange to
oenid me a payment now and then" Surely you will feel
better for so doing and good fortune s smiles vill be
yours.
,lay have the paper's sig,,ed and return-ed to for
.i eight be able to do something with them.
Trusting that you and rs..Will are enjoying good

Dr. Thos. E. Will,
Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

Dear Doctor Will,

In reply to your letter of the 21st,
I would state that Capt, Rex Munsell will be in Ft.
Lauderdale on Friday, the 24th, and he will take up
the matter of credits. I understand that those
in need of them have credits that are unexpired, which
were handed to them when Capt. Munsell was at Okee-
lanta on the 14th.

Trusting satisfactory arrangements will finally
be decided upon, I remain

SCordially yours,

Roselyn, ,a., ,ov. 25. 1922

Dr. Those E. Will,

Okeelanta, Fla.

Dear Doctor:

I wrote you some weeks ago and I suppose you have been so busy

'i with matters apparently more pressing you have not answered. Please answer

This letter in some way as soon aq practicable after its receipt.

i I want to straighten out our business relations and I want to

help you; but I must first know where to reach you promptly and waht yen

will offer in an adjustment.

I have made considerable money in the trade I wrote you of and

am preparing to liquidate a part of the values involved. When I have done

thh I shall be ina position to do something better with Florida.

My son Lucien, is here with me managing some part of my h
business and I am in a way to do better than ever before.

SWith best regards to you and your family,

Sincerely,
