Chicago, 111. Nov, 13th, 1919.
Mr. Thos. . Will, Okeelanta, Florida.
Dear Sin-Had another discussi on with Mr. Cromwell, in oonnsotion with land he probably will purchase.
There is however, a few questions he wishes to be made clear on.
If he purchases lot #47 in Section 27, and upon paying for same complete, will he receive dear deed, and S abstract to property.
In your letter of October 17th, you mention the fact that this lot lies in 400 sores for which you have already paid, (which indioates, this should be an advantage) In oontraot you speoify that "Vendor obligates himself to furnish to the purchaser after he has completed the payments / due the Trustees for the entire Section 37, a sufficient deed.
If this is the case, what advantage oan be derived from the fact, that you have paid for 400 acres as mentioned.
Deed for 400 aores paid for by you, is in the hande of the Board of Trustees.
If you fail in your undertaking of Section 27, will you lose all land you have paid for, or will land you have paid for be protected, so that deed could be furnished for land in the 400 aores you have covered. You also mention in this letter, that although you have not as yet paid for all of Section 7, you have the assets to do so.
If this is the oase, oan you be made to p^up the Section, so that deeds could be furnished.
If Section is paid for and deeds furnishsd, are ,/ you bound to rules of the Association, or are you a owner to do as you please, as in Section 35.
Now these questions are not Questions of distrust on Cromwell's part, but he wants to be clear, as to what he can expect.
Have you found anything further in Section 35, he could get on payments. He wishes to locate there if possible.

In reply to your esteemed favor of the 7th Inst., we beg to say that 1 t certainly would pay you to have your account 1n Chicago, not only because your specially engraved drafts on Chicago would carry more weight than your Okeelanta checks, out also because you touI1 receive Z% Interest on minimum monthly balances when not drawn below $100.
V/e will order the special engraved drafts on Chi cagA for you to Issue as soon as you send us your account. It will be easy to mall us your checks and draw against them to pay your accounts, or to obtain cash from time to time.
Your account 1a the best kind ef account a banic can have, and 1t Is for you to decide whether yew will support predatory wealth or co-operation with that account.
We feel that we should knew you a little better in u uUdincss way before considering the loan and investment you mention.
Thanking you for your letter and hoping to merit the favor of receiving your commands -

that W6 have been advised by Kr. Terrell, and also by hie attorneys, that the Lis Pendens by the Tampa & Jacksonville Railway ve. the Trustees of the Internal Improvement Fund, ^"Will be^ismissed when the matter gets into the courts.
