Abstract: The purpose and significance of this research is an effort to help provide an explanation for the causes of the silent pain and use of coping mechanisms of gays thirty (30) years and under in Georgetown. In recent there has been an increase presence of gays in Georgetown. Thus, this article hopes to establish precedence and major truths about gay community in Georgetown – remove mis-conceptions and suspicions from the minds of gay family members and society.
